We were nicely greeted upon entering. We were seated quickly. The inside was nice. We ordered drinks and they were very good. We had the chopped salad with chicken and it was excellent. We ordered linguine with the scallops and I must say it was the best pasta dish I’ve had in a very long time and I eat a lot of pasta! We had a very friendly and attentive server. Every time a server walked by they asked how we were doing. There were only 5 other people in the place. I can’t figure it out! This food was awesome!!! You need to try it. We can’t wait to go back.
Service was mediocre. Food was mediocre. Bland..they can put a plate in the window...but not create a plate you want to tell your friends about. Prices are reasonable. Shrimp and grits were disappointing. Fried Mac was beautiful but bland.
The atmosphere is very nice and the decor is on point for an oyster bar. The wait staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is excellent. The only thing that keeps me from a five star review is the fact that they are still ironing out some kinks in communication between the wait staff and the kitchen. It's all minor inconveniences but on a 90$ ticket it's enough. I feel like given a little work and some time they will overcome these issues. I'm more than willing to return and recommend others to check them out... This was the second visit and like I said great wait staff and excellent food both times.
